Send to KindleAs a digital publisher of teleseminars and virtual workshops, I’m often asked how to publish a teleseminar or live virtual event inside a blog.
By embedding the event inside your website instead of relying only on the event pages created by Instant Teleseminar, you can:
~ Control the traffic better
~ Create better calls-to-action
~ Engage your audience with a comments section, and
~ Protect your content in a membership site.
In this video, I’ll show you the 3 steps to publishing your live virtual event and its replay on your own site.
The 3 steps are:
- Create your event in InstantTeleseminar.com
- Install the Embed iFrame plugin from Deskera
- Convert Instant Teleseminar’s iFrame codes to iFrame shortcodes
(Click here if you cannot view the training video in your reader.)
Follow the video, and you’ll have a fully branded virtual event in no time!

Thank you so much for this visual lesson, teacher! I’m going to be turning my WP blogs into membership sites very soon, but I love that I could post the links to listen already. I’m currently doing a free 90 day mastermind program, but do have “public” calls with expert interviews within that I can post. Very excited! Thanks so much!
Bob! Thank you for sharing this information! I’m hosting a teleseminar “5 health myths that are keeping you fat, tired, stuck, and broke… and what to do about it: very soon and will try out this technique!
Just signed up for InstantTeleseminar so this is very timely. I published a replay on my site and now look forward to doing the live event this way.
Hi Bob,
Thanks for the short embedded video. I loved the slides and the music. The three steps seemed pretty simple. I found it harder to keep up with editing the code on step 3 but maybe that’s just me. Can I ask where you source your images and your music from for your slides as they look and sound very upbeat?
Thanks Olwyn
Hey Olwyn – thanks for your feedback on Step 3. It helps to know when things do go too quickly. And I love that with video it’s possible to pause, do, rewind, do again, etc.
The chalkboard background and drawing stick figures is a template from Presenter Media. They have some really cool templates for PowerPoint.

Wow, this is brilliant! Thanks Bob.
Great tip, Bob! I’ve been happily putting my teleseminars on my website since you suggested it to me a while ago – and now your iframes plug-in tip is the icing on the cat’s meow. Thanks!
PS – I’m gonna wanna steal that cool chalkboard video background!

Thanks Elma! The chalkboard background and drawing stick figures is a template from Presenter Media. The font is called Eraser. And I used PowerPoint’s image correction to change my photo to a drawing. The music is from Camtasia 7′s default library.

Bob, that’s great! Love the three simple steps! Am doing the groundwork for a telesummit, so this is perfect timing! Thanks!
You’re welcome Lisa! How will your telesummit help your audience?

Oh, my gracious, Bob! It’s going to inspire folks to infinity and beyond!
I say this because it’s a mix of quantum physics and brain science. Perfect for folks who are living outside the box and want to stretch more and more.
It will bring inspiration and insight along with tangible, practical steps on creation, ideation at an advanced level.
Bob, I love this video…especially the part where you show folks how to customize the code so you can have a count-down timer as well as other features. No excuses now for not hosting our virtual events on our own websites!
