To use a variable in a Klip, you must have:

  • Set up a User Input Control, User Property, or Company Property, with an assigned variable, and use this variable in the Klip formula
  • Set up a User Input Control and a Submit Button, with an assigned variable, and use this variable in the Klip formula.
  • Have a dynamic data source, with an assigned variable, and use this variable in the Klip formula.
  • Used the syntax: {var.’variable name’}, with an assigned variable, and use this variable in the Klip formula.
